Ukrainian Music
As you may or may not have noticed, I don't listen to modern music that much, especially modern Ukrainian music, which is (in my opinion) mindlessly copying from the modern western artists without understandment of what makes it good, so my only option was listening to the old ones, mostly.
Unfortunately, I had two problems with that:
First is that many artists switched to Russian in 2010s to find the audience somewhere else (and because the russian music was pushing the Ukrainian artists out of sight).
Second is that there aren't that many *known* artists. Most of them were forgotten or were always in underground (at least until 2022)
I'm not gonna put here live albums (unless thats all what the band had), remixes and compilations, otherwise, the list of albums would be slightly longer. I as well not gonna include Ukrainian estrada, popular People's Artists of Ukraine or releases in Russian (if you want Russian music, listen to Russian music ffs). I will as well highlight a few songs that I like the most.
I hope this page would help some people finding the Ukrainian artists they've never heard about or inspire others to check their local music.
