cappucciN0's scrapped projects

I have a lot of projects on my hard drive and I do not want to work on some of them anymore, mostly because I lost interest or they have no purpose other than just practicing or playing around.

You can reuse those for your own projects, as long as you're not using them commercially (because some assets do not belong to me at all) and you're crediting me as one of the authors. Other than that, have fun.

Deus Ex Demake

This was supposed to be a demo of Liberty Island from Deus Ex in Doom II (or at least for its limit-removing sourceports like PrBoom+, MBF or Woof!. In its current state it can be run only in GZDoom IIRC. I decided to scrap this project, because recreating the entire map 1:1 within Doom limits was tedious. Only the knife, pistol, shotgun and assault shotgun were implemented. Archive contains WAD with sprites, WAD with the map, DEH file and WhackEd source file

Block Box

I had an idea to make a shitpost mod for Team Fortress 2 that turns a Black Box rocket launcher into 7 boxes. It didn't go anywhere because I didn't want to bother making a custom texture or giving the box more than 6 faces. Its a single .blend file you can open in Blender.

Debloated Cart Gun

I got bored one day and decided to debloat a Cart Gun from Counter-Strike Online. Because it was kinda like a joke thing, I decided not to upload it anywhere until now. Archive contains source files and compiled MDL.

NES Zapper

I always wanted to make something cool for Garry's Mod, so I had an idea of adding a NES Zapper as a weapon on ARC9. So I took the random model from SketchFab, made alternative variants for weapon parts and... thats it. Unfortunately, I don't know LUA programming language, so I scrapped the project.

Superhot-inspired USP

One day I decided to make a Superhot-inspired weapons pack for Half-Life and I made this USP as a replacer for Glock. I have no idea where I took the animations from tbh. Archive contains source files and compiled model.

Far Cry OICW

Another L4D2 port of something from Far Cry. This time its OICW. I couldn't resolve the issue with the scope lens. I don't exactly remember if it has any issues with animations. It also uses the LOD as a worldmodel, because 3DS Max refused to open the original pickup model. Again, the archive contains source files and compiled files..

GTA-like Weapons

Remember those guns in GTA trilogy that were on the racks in Ammu-Nation? I had an idea to make a vanilla-friendly models based on those textures. So far I've made FAMAS, Galil and Thompson. Unfortunately, I lacked (and still lack) skills to put stuff back into GTA, so those guns were just collecting dust until now. Archive contains a bunch of source files

Verify Venuz mod

When I discovered and beaten this small Wolfenstein 3D clone called Gun Godz, I wanted to make a partial convertion based on it for Doom. Its somewhat playable, but its held together with a duct tape and not everything was implemented

Samsung Galaxy S4 Icons

I planned to make a Samsung Galaxy S4 icon pack for KDE Plasma, but I just lost interest, because its a tedious thing to do. Archive contains a lot of icons from Galaxy S4 (Android 4.3) apps, except for "symbolic" icons that you can see in a tray.

Makeshift Shotgun

I saw the meme with modded MP5 that looks like something from Warhammer 40K, so I decided to make it real mod for Counter-Strike, until I realised that I have no animations to use as a base. Archive contains source files and one file from CS that I forgot to remove.

XIII Kalash

So I wanted to put Kalash (Norinco Type 56) from XIII game on some better animations for some rigging practice. So I did, except it has the issue with the arm (which is not entirely my fault, it was like that originally). Another problem is that it has no purpose. Archive contains source files

Unnamed Wacky Weapons Pack

Originally planned as a wacky randomizer for Doom II, I made an overpowered weapons pack with random weapons I wanted to implement, but eventually I ran out of ideas.

Nali Playermodel

I always found Nali from Unreal to be cool looking aliens, so I wanted to make them playable in Half-Life. I faced with two problems: their second pair of arms and their legs. Archive contains a source file and textures

Far Cry M4

Since I've ported the Machete from Far Cry into Left 4 Dead 2, I wanted to port even more stuff from the game, so I picked M4. It has the problem with animations, because its not really possible to decompile L4D2 weapons without messing them up. It was too complicated for me to fix, so I just decided to abandon that. Archive contains source files and compiled files you can add as a 3rd party addon into the game. With messed up animations, of course

Far Cry Pancor

The last Far Cry weapon from L4D2 porting saga is Pancor shotgun. I think it had some issues with the worldmodel. Totally forgot if there was anything wrong with animations though. Archive contains source files and compiled files you can add as a 3rd party addon into the game.

Debloated Tempest

Counter-Strike: Online has this gun called Tempest. It had so many unneccessary parts, so I stripped them and trimmed the barrel. Its another thing I did for practice and a bit as a joke. Archive contains source files and compiled files, though you have to put the correct texture in the model if you want to put the gun somewhere.

Full-Poly Counter-Strike: Condition Zero - Deleted Scenes Weapons

I had an idea to put CS:CZDS weapons on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) animations, but unfortunately the meshes were cropped for optimization, so I decided to restore the meshes. Unfortunately, I only made a few weapons and lost interest. Archive contains source files and compiled files (not that you really need them anyway).
